This workshop is all about those slightly more challenging, slightly more fun poses in yoga. We will create a safe and supportive environment for those new to these poses and those who might be a little nervous getting upside down.

Here we will go through a gentle flow to open the body ready for the balancing poses we do in class and ones I don’t teach in class. We will then work on certain drills ready for some inversions and arm balances. There will be partner work, wall work and lots of fun. This workshop is for those who want to improve their practice and safely learn how get into certain poses that they might not have attempted before.
