This workshop focuses on learning about the physical practice of yoga and improving your already established yoga practice. I will be focusing on the alignment of yoga poses, talking about the human anatomy and the correct muscle activation behind the poses, as well as the softening and grounding required. How to flow between the poses and most importantly how to breathe correctly in a yoga class.

This workshop is for everyone, from individuals who are new to yoga, to those who feel like they are not improving in class or have questions about the poses and flows. This will help you to sharpen up your practice and get the most out of every yoga class.
