Clinic Four – ‘Focusing the mind and Letting Go’ 16:15 – 17:30
The last workshop we dive into focusing the mind with the use of our breath, sounds and your own awareness. We will strengthen this muscle of ours by training our focus and our equanimity (non-attachment). I will be drawing from my 10-day Vipassana, Yoga philosophy and my psychotherapy training.
This is for people who are predominantly beginners to meditation and breath work or for those who would like help in improving their meditation practice.
Note: Please bring warmer clothes to this workshop. Also, a couple of cushions and a blanket if you have them. If you have a bolster/meditation seat you can bring that too.
