Josh offers private 1-to-1, 2-to-1 (friend/partner) and small group personal training at The Old Joinery Studio and online.

Josh incorporates his knowledge from past rowing coaching, personal training, yoga and psychology into his sessions. Josh has established good working relationships with top local osteopaths and physios, where he gets post of his reveals from.
