Vinyasa Yoga is the traditional flowing sequence of postures that threads the breath with each movement continuously. This practice will teach you how working with the breath enables you to better control, lengthen and strengthen the muscles in the body, as well as become more aware of both the subtler sensations and your internal mental chatter. Let this yoga practice reveal the magic of how your body and mind are connected. Prepare to move continuously throughout the practice, so don’t be put off by a little sweat and exercise. Don’t worry, you’ll be rewarded with a bit of relaxation at the end! If you are new to yoga then come and give it a go. This class is for anyone who has basic coordination and mobility. You will leave feeling both worked and relaxed.
