JOSH

Josh is a Sports + Holistic Therapist who has over nine years personal training experience as well as being a fully qualified yoga teacher, sports massage therapist and British rowing coach. Josh also holds a masters in psychology and he is now furthering his training to be a psychotherapist at Regents University London. Josh runs his own studio based just outside of Colchester, Essex. Here Josh teaches his yoga classes as well as his personal training sessions. For more information about his studio please visit:

Josh has his own private studio called The Old Joinery Studio in the Colchester area where he trains and treats his clients. Josh offers private sessions as either a 1-to-1, 2-to-1 or small group. Many of Josh’s clients are referred by Osteopaths as he is able to offer tailored private sessions to aid rehabilitation, strength and mobility training, sports specific training, as well as improve psychological well-being.
Josh offers these sessions online when needed by the client.

YOGA FOR THE EVERYDAY ATHLETE is a workshop designed to help improve your performance in your other activities and sports, as well as day to day living. This workshop will teach you how to move better and breath better. We will focus on our posture and alignment, our flexibility and strength, our fluidity around movement patterns and our breath.
Come join me on Saturday 23rd September for a two hour workshop where I will share with you my take on yoga and how it translates to other sports and activities.
