Josh is a Sports and Holistic Therapist who has over six years Personal Training experience as well as being a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Sports Massage Therapist, British Rowing Coach and holding a Master of Psychology. Having loved learning more about psychological well-being, Josh is now furthering his training to be a Psychotherapist.
Josh teaches Vinyasa-Hatha style yoga and strength and mobility classes throughout Essex, Suffolk and London and NOW ONLINE.
Private 1-to-1 Sessions
Josh has his own private 1-to-1 studio in the Colchester area where he trains and treats his clients. Many of Josh’s clients are referred by Osteopaths as he is able to offer tailored private sessions to aid rehabilitation, strength and mobility training as well as sports specific training.
Josh offers these 1-to-1 sessions online when lockdown regulations are in place and when needed by the client.

“In light of the recent COVID-19 government advise on social distancing and avoiding social gatherings I have made the tough decision to temporarily stop teaching classes in gyms and studios. Even though the UK’s gyms are not voluntarily closing I believe it is the right thing needed to slow the spread of the virus and importantly protect our elderly family members and friends with vulnerable medical conditions.
With that decision made I have chosen to take my classes online. My online classes will be a two-way interaction between myself teaching and all of you. Just like in a studio you will be able to see everyone! You’ll be able to greet one another before class starts, practice alongside each other and wish each other farewell after class. The aim, to keep the sense of camaraderie found in the studio, after all that is the reason why we love group classes!
I will also be offering my private 1-to-1s and private group sessions online too.
